Cheerleading Registration

2026 Registration is NOW OPEN!

Steps to Register:

Determine which event your team will be participating in:
- Cheerleading Competition, Exhibition Division, or Sideline Cheer.

2. Complete the “Team Registration” form for the event your team will be participating in.

Registration links and forms are the DIFFERENT for all events.
Note: you must pay for at least ONE cheerleader at the time you register your team.

Complete one of the two options:

Pay for all cheerleaders participating at the time you complete the Team Registration Form
- Registration for your team will then be complete.
Pay for only 1 cheerleader at the time you register your team. Then by October 14th you must pay for all cheerleaders participating under the Cheerleader Participation Fee form.
- Must pay the "Cheerleader Participation Fee" for registration to be complete.

Please Note:

Registration links and forms are different for competition, exhibition, and sideline. Double check the registration form.
Must also complete the Cheerleader Participant Fees by October 14th UNLESS you pay for ALL cheerleading participants when registering for an event below.

Individual Cheerleader Fees

CHEERLEADING FEES:

EXHIBITION DIVISION:

$125.00 PER TEAM PLUS $35.00 PER CHEERLEADER.

COMPETITION DIVISION:

$225.00 PER TEAM PLUS $35.00 PER CHEERLEADER

SIDELINE CHEER (ONLY CHEERING AT FOOTBALL GAMES):

$35.00 PER CHEERLEADER

*Slideline cheering comes with the competition & exhibition division.

TEAM HOUSING

In order to participate in any Indy Crossroads Event teams traveling a distance of 60 miles or more are required to book their lodging through our partner company, Total Event Services. TES includes a secured speciality discounted hotel rooms at some of the best hotels in the area. The discounted room block rates are lower than teams can obtain directly through the respective hotel websites.

Cheer Participant Waiver

ALL PARTICIPATING TEAMS MUST DOWNLOAD THE CHEERLEADING WAIVER BELOW!!!

THIS PACKET MUST BE FILLED OUT FOR EVERY CHEERLEADER PARTICIPATING AT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: COMPETITION DIVISION, EXHIBITION DIVISION, AND OR, SIDELINE CHEERING AT FOOTBALL GAMES.

THIS WILL BE COLLECTED SATURDAY NOVEMBER 7TH, 2026 AT THE COMPETITION CHECK-IN OR THE FIRST FOOTBALL GAME BY THE FIELD MANAGER.
